Find out how we’re supporting a new all-Wales vision for improvement for health and social care that we can work together to achieve. We’re excited about the future of improvement in Wales and we’d love for you to be a part of it with us.

Anyone working in health and social care with a passion for improving what we do and how we do it for the people of Wales.


Call for Abstracts 

Our call for abstracts is now open.

We are looking for abstract suggestions and ideas from you on improvement work from across Wales and further afield for our 12 varied improvement breakout sessions, on the following themes:

  • User centred design
  • Learning from failure
  • Systems thinking
  • Collective leadership for improvement
  • Joy in work
  • Improvement leadership behaviours
  • Quality management system
  • Measuring improvement
  • Fostering and managing improvement
  • Understanding and changing behaviours
  • Communicating improvement
  • Sustaining improvements in an organisation

If you have a live project, case study or research that you would like to share please complete an abstract application form and submit. The closing date for applications is 17:00 Friday 20th September 2019
